Our team is a diverse group of highly talented and qualified individuals empowered to impact and advance the endless possibilities within the AI world. With a shared goal and high standards, we are eager to innovate cutting edge technology to address worldwide challenges. The founders of LabibAI, Dr. Mohammad Yaqub and Dr. Ahmed Dabbagh who work on a mission to help their clients tackle challenging real-world problems using AI.

Dr. Yaqub is a leader with extensive knowledge and expertise in the AI academia and industry.  Focused on innovating AI technology within all fields of work, Dr. Yaqub’s vast educational and industrial knowledge will lead the team to create an AI-based economy and support UAE’s innovations. Dr. Yaqub has a PhD from the University of Oxford and spent more than a decade working in the University of Oxford as an AI researcher. Dr. Yaqub has also spent 6 years in the AI industry where he initially worked as an AI consultant followed by a full time VP of Engineering at Intelligent Ultrasound LTD in Oxfordshire, UK. 

Dr. Yaqub has published more than 50 papers in different top tier conferences and journals. More information about his research activities and all published papers are here. 

Dr. Yaqub is currently a faculty member at Mohamed bin Zayed University of AI, a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford and the Chief Technnology and Scientific Officer of LabibAI.
